To All My Valued Customers, My name is Mina Sharifzadeh. I am a proud mother of three and founder and CEO of Gitana Beverly Hills. In 1973, I arrived in the US to chase the American dream. After graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Computer Science, I felt delighted to have accomplished this set goal. However, I soon realized that beauty, Skin care and makeup is my true passion and that school was just a stepping stone towards achieving my ultimate dream of creating my own makeup and skincare line. As soon as I understood this about myself, I immediately jumped into the field, starting as a saleswoman. After several years of selling and managing sales, I received a Certificate of Proficiency in skin treatment and makeup design. I moved on to become a makeup artist and skin care specialist. Once my superiors noticed how much I loved what I did and how diligent I was at my work, I was promoted to Account Coordinator and finally, Account Executive for several high end, US based companies. From 1984 to 2000, I got experience in every aspect of the cosmetic field. Due to my experience with these well known companies, I learned what it takes to make products that are famous for their high quality and unique style. After years of working, studying, and doing research of my own, I discovered the perfect combination of high quality ingredients, colors and styles, and am proud to introduce to you Gitana Beverly Hills tm.
